"Run! Don’t walk. Run far away from this agent and office! Unprofessional customer service. I requested that my renters insurance be canceled because I bought a home. They offered to quote my home owners and never sent the quote, so I went with another company. I kept my car insurance through the same policy, which I had for many years! While moving into my house I hit a neighbors car who was parked behind my driveway. Come to find out they canceled my car insurance and not my renters. They had to cover the accident but it was like pulling teeth and took over a month. Thank god for my lovely new neighbors.. they were graceful and patient! Fast forward to a year later and my car policy was canceled due to the accident from a year ago?? A few months ago Chadd used some hardball sales tactics to get me to switch my home owners for MORE money, then said if you don’t see the value of State Farm then that’s fine. I asked him to save me money, not cost me more money. So now I have to find a new company and agent! Just a horrible experience all around. They just want new sales, and will ignore your calls if you’re not buying a new policy."

"From the moment I spoke to Shelley at State Farm, his positive energy came across on the phone. He patiently answered all my questions and presented multiple options to customize our homeowners insurance to exactly what we needed. I appreciate how Shelley also coordinated bundling our auto insurance to make sure we received all the benefits of State Farm- we certainly came out well ahead! ""WARNING" I have been a client of Chadd Kawata for several years, with my home insurance policy and me and my wife's cars. I have been trying to contact Chadd for over a month now and he will not return my phone call at all! This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced! Especially being that this is a State Farm Insurance Agent! I'm guessing it's just a numbers game to him because he loses one and gains two. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND CHADD KAWATA TO ANYONE AT ALL! DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE WITH THIS MATTER!"

"I'm so disappointed with the service here. It was like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with anyone from this office. I finally decided to go to the office myself but they were out that week. The only way I could get contact was through email and even then it was very vague. I was told that an agent would reach out to me on different occasions and they never did. I had enough and switched insurance companies. I see the many five star reviews and wish I could have had the same experience but this state farm office has left a bad taste in my mouth."

"Amy was recommended to me by a very good friend. I had another insurance company at the time and really just stayed because I thought it would be a hassle to change over. I decided to shop around and Amy had reached out to me about going over my policy and to see if they could save me some money. The switch was very easy and she took care of everything with my auto and homeowners insurance. She is very friendly, helpful and professional. She made sure I had the best coverage for my needs."

"First time State Farmer now. I traded insurance 'farmers' and have always wanted to be kin to Jake from State Farm. SF always seemed to be priced out of the market when I would shop them. We're 'Empty Nesters' now so we were able to absolve our core risk element, two boys on our policy, and start living the good life. I have a crazy work life and poor Amy never gave up on me, politely checking up on me every 5-6 months to see if I was still interested/breathing. We did the deal this week after what, I believe, turned out to be is over a couple years given the COVID timing. Looking forward to enjoying the savings finally and adding a few exposure coverages that were not previously on our homeowners policy (nor were they ever offered)."

"Pathetic service, I had applied through State Farm Insurance website for an auto insurance and was assigned this agent. The agent never communicated anything that my insurance was under a pending status with him. I faced a vehicle breakdown and wanted a emergency road side service that was included in my insurance and when I tried to contact the state farm roadside assistance they said that they cannot find my policy because it was in pending status with the agent. Next day I contacted the agent and he says I will have to file a claim for the road side assistance that will increase my insurance premium for next 5 years. I have worked with couple other insurance and have requested a roadside assistance but never had to file a claim or my insurance premium was increased. When I told him the same thing he was like " I know you are smart enough to know things but this is how we work". I would not suggest anyone this agent. FYI :- As per the response from the owner I never own a TX license and information provided was of PA license. Also, I was never contacted by the agent when I was assigned an agent and I had no clue that my status was inactive. The state farm call center told me that the agent should have contacted you when he was assigned."

"Chadd and Amy are amazing to work with! They helped me save a lot of money on my 2 vehicles and were very patient with the whole process. They kept in touch all throughout the process and made sure that I got the best quote possible. Looking forward to working with them in the future! 2/10/22: I really appreciate Chadd and his team.
